If you have specific needs outside of our standard shipping options (e.g. tracking, expedited shipping, signature upon delivery etc), please contact us prior to making your purchase to discuss postage measures/costs and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Delivery in Canada
Orders are sent via Canada Post and include a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 10 working days. If you are located in or near Toronto, we're happy to arrange local pick-up for your item. Enter code TORONTO at check-out for free shipping, then contact us to discuss a suitable collection time.
Delivery to the USA
Orders are sent via US Air and do not include a tracking number. Delivery times will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 10 working days.
Orders are sent via International Air and do not include a tracking number. Delivery time will depend on your location and is estimated to take up to 15 working days.
Countries outside of Canada may on occasion charge customs fees that are additional to the original postage cost; these charges are the recipient's responsibility.
The above delivery times are estimates and, on rare occasion, items can take longer to be delivered (particularly around the holiday season). If you haven't received your order within 30 working days, please contact us.

If you're interested in purchasing products from either Jen or Shayna's individual online shops in addition to items from Keep Company, we're happy to offer combined shipping on your orders. Please contact us prior to ordering to discuss postage.
The glazes and clay we use are food safe, and each piece with a glazed interior is suitable for holding food and liquids. When cleaning, we recommended gently handwashing. We advise against placing our ceramics in microwaves and dishwashers: as with all ceramic items, microwave and dishwasher use can shorten their lifespan, and sudden changes in temperature may cause stress to the piece.
Please note: due to clay content, any items made with grey clay should not be placed in a microwave, as the piece will become extremely hot.
Our ceramics are made to last, and with good care will remain in fine condition. Your pieces may experience some light wear and tear over time, but if any issues develop with your item, please contact us.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final - we unfortunately cannot offer any refunds or exchanges. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us.
Please ensure that you provide a correct shipping address at time of purchase, as mistakes cannot be rectified once your order has been shipped out.
